Step-by-step process for incorporating your company in the UAE -

Understanding the steps to setup your company in the UAE -
1. Finalize your activity
Determine your business activity in the UAE and MITRAA shall help you narrow down the activities available that best suit your business model and vision. Certain activities are regulated in the UAE which would require prior approval from the authorities.
Activities vary across various freezone if you choose to open up your company in the any of the freezones.
2. Register Trade Name for your Company
Trade names with words that indicate your venture’s nature are recommended because they increase your company’s significance in the industry. MITRAA will assist you in reserving your Unique brand name in the UAE.
3. Choose a suitable business jurisdiction
Business jurisdiction maybe a Mainland, Freezone or an Offshore company. This will be determined by your company’s activities, business model and your vision. Team MITRAA provides end to end business assistance for you to make an informed decision and choose the right fit for you.
Identifying an office space and obtaining Ejari is required to proceed with license registration for mainland companies.
4. Identifying a Manager for the Company
Companies have the benefit of running the day-to-day affairs of the company by appointing a Manager of their choice through a power of attorney on their behalf.
5. Draft Memorandum of Association (MOA)
For Incorporating a Mainland Company, Drafting and Finalising Memorandum of Association is crucial for the day-to-day functioning of your company. The MOA can be tailored to meet the needs of your company. This step is not required while opening a freezone company.
As previously mandated, local UAE shareholding is no more required for most of the activities in Dubai Mainland.
6. Apply for the Business License

7. Apply for Investor Visa and Emirates ID
Once license is obtained, MITRAA will apply for your entry permit, if required, and from the date of issuance, you will have 60 days to enter the country to complete your Emirates ID process and if required to open your company bank account.
8. Open Company Bank Account
MITRAA will assist you choosing the right bank, if required, to open your account in Dubai. We will assist you in preparing all the documents required to open a bank account in the UAE. Bank account can be opened in the Company’s name or in individual name, depending on the undertaking of the company.
